on a sl1 option 81, the customer want's to ad the call name display from the C.O. Is there something to program in the customer data block or aneywhere else in the systeme

we have an option 81c 4.5
There use to be a err or sch or ovl... code comming out every time that a phone was disconnected or reconnected from the systeme, and whe dont see that code anymore.

We have a option 81 c and 21 call center, symposium and genesys. When a superviser is listening to a agent,by using the observe key, no other superviser can listen at the same time to that agent.
The problem is, that by mistake a superviser can type a whrong agent number and listen to a agent...
Is it possible to program a CDN as an extention DN in Call Pilot. IT doesn't seem to work, it says that the person does'nt participate to that service

I have a qpc138 b card on a 81c, i need to know the speed of the card. From what i know, it's from the dip switch that whe fix the speed. The problem is that i can't find the schema in the Nortel books. Anay one have the schema on hand, or where i can find it.
