we've got a pile of users in California accessing our server in Boston for POP3/OWA. The users would like to have the ability to change their password remotely.
I suggested a VPN/remote desktop combination to log in and change passwords.
ANy other thoughts?

Seems like an odd request, but a provider recently asked me if I could busy out line 12 coming out of an integrated T1.
Could I do this by connecting Tip and Ring together or would this create havoc on the IADD?

I'm upgrading a customer's SCN in the near future and wanted to get some feedback since our last upgrade (from 3.1.56 to 4.0) that didn't go so well since Avaya didn't QC before the release.

I've set up two conference bridges (one per site) on an SCN. Now the customer wants to PIN protect entry into the bridge.
I've got it working for the main site (where the centralized VM lives) but can't seem to get the other site to connect.
I have it set up like this:

Outcalling is enabled, and turned on. I've got the lines assigned to the port extensions, no centrex, outcalling schedule set to always, but still no outcalling!
No call/line restrictions.. I'm stumped!
Anyone have any ideas why I can't get this to work?
