Mail opens to same folder every time

Mail removed from Inbox when replied to

Printing Selected Text Only
Is their a way to highlight text in a e-mail and then only print that text. In other words you would select only some text in an e-mail and then choose only to print the selcted text and only that. I have a user that says she used to be able to do that until recently. I have never seen it done... -
Can't edit out of office default message
I have a user that it trying to edit the default out of office message. When she edits the default message and hits the enable button it forgets the customized message. It just displays the default one, not her addtions. Any idea why it's loosing her changes?
