Localhost != My ip adress!
What? you ask. That's impossible! well, it is. my ip adress typed into a browser does not return ANYTHING, while typing in localhost returns everything perfectly flowery. Soooo Any advice on what could cause my apache to go on the fritz? i uninstalled and reinstalled xampp and still no luck...- taifunbrowser

"localhost" displays differently than my ip adress!
Well, it does! Typing "localhost" into my browser displays my apache index.php, with a "hello world", but typing in my ip adress (which I am sure is correct) does not! in fact, it returns nothing! I have a dyndns account under "taifunbrowser.mine.nu" and like my ip, it displays nothing. This...- taifunbrowser
