ArcServe 11.5 SP3 Disaster Recovery Option Problem
I am testing disaster recovery of a small (16 GB) W2K3 SP1 test server and am finding the recovery is taking 6 hours. It takes about 25 minutes to do a full backup so 6 hours seems like a lot of time for recovery. I suspect the latency is caused by the ASR process setting the NIC to...- dhinkel

E8524 Received unrecognized command from the client agent. (COMMAND=0)
We are running version Brightstor 11.1 for Windows and receiving this error sporadically on XP workstations running the NT agent. I've seen old posts on this error but they were pre-SP2. We never saw this error until we installed SP2 on the servers and the SP2 agent on the clients. Is anyone...- dhinkel
