BCM 200 DSM16+ not recognized
Hello, I' am setting up a new BCM 200 R 4.0.2.03a, with a 5/3 split. I have a BRI module on bus 6 and try to put a DSM16+ on bus 2 (jumpers OFF ON ON ON ON ON ON ON). But it doesn't show up in the telephony resources. Bus 2 keeps showing not equiped. Anybody knows how to fix this ?- bednarekluc

Nortel BCM 200 and callpilot
We have a BCM 200 with software relaese 3.7 on it installed a few days ago. When somebody calls het gets a menu with 3 choices. The menu has been spoken in by a proffesional voice.
