    .DOC files exporting as RTF?!?

    Is crystal capable of exporting into msWord format? When I do an export to Word 97-2000 the resulting file has a .doc extension but if I look at it in notepad or in a hex editor it's actually just an RTF file. Is this the designed behavior? If not, any idea what's causing it? I'm running CR...

    Is there a way to suppress a text field when printing a report

    In other words, I want to field to be visible when the report is viewed in the viewer, but I don't want to see it on a print out? Any help is much appreciated. JC

    CR 8.5, printing charts is EXTREMELY SLOW. Any ideas?

    I'm using CR 8.5 I have a 1 page report that's essentially a 4 bar chart with some info. It takes a very long time to pring on a network printer. The job spools fairly quickly but takes about 30 to actually print 1 page. The printer is an HP 4050N I'm guessing it could be something with the way...

    Using BLOB fields as page header logos

    Hi, How can I use the BLOB field from 1 record as a logo on all the page headers in the report. I know that one solution would be to copy the logo into every record, but that wastes too much space. Is there a way to tell crystal to just use the BLOB from X record for all the page headers...

    Conditional colors in a chart?
