XP NetBEUI workgroup problem
This one's got me stumped but i'm not the brightest so bare with me. I have a network with 7 machines (running xp pro sp2) connecting to a windows workgroup (coview_d1) using netbeui. dvd driver corrupt after ram upgrade
My machine is a packard bell IM3060 running XP.I've just installed a new gb ethernet adaptor and another 512mb of ram (now 1gb of ram) in order to run the accountancy package sage line 100 - they both installed fine the problem is now my dvd/cd drive no longer appears in my computer - looking...- chrismithcvs

50mb word file !?
maybe someone can enlighten me on this one - I've got a word file which has for some reason gone from being 280kb in size to just over 50mb! when i 'select all' and copy and paste it into a new word document, the new document goes back to being 280kb in size! any ideas?- chrismithcvs
