    Page Extension Button

    I want to know how to program a button to page an extension (also want to know if person is on phone). But how do I accomplish this? Can it be done from my phone - MLX16DP Thanks.

    Merlin Mail

    Ok, so I found out how to initialize a password and it was done to a specific extension. Now I tried to use the default and that hasnt worked. I believe the defualt is 1 thorugh 6 (Default). That hasn't worked so I tried the opposite and that hasn't worked. What else can be happening?

    Outgoing Calls

    We recently moved offices. Right now, the incoming calls are going great. Our trouble is with outgoing calls. when someone pushes 9 to get the outgoing line, we hear a dial tone, but nothing happens after dialing.

    I have a Merlin Legend and I wanted to reduce the amount of rings from 7 to 4. Also, when it's in the voicemail, I want to reduce the amount of rings at the extension from 6 to 2. I will be programming from the system telephone, not via computer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
