Is there a way i can find out which ACDN is associated with which queue? e.g. i am trying to login my agent 3730 and i am not sure which queue its loggin into?
As you can tell i am not a switch person so any help would be appreciated.

We have a Genesys application that is hooked up to our PBX and i am trying to register the extension 5659 in Genesys application and it gives me an error: 219 BAD Resource ID.
