    Image Level iData Agent - anyone using

    Has anyone purchased the Image Level IData Agent? And if so, what are your thoughts on the installation? They won't sell it without a day of consulting services to configure it. Does it really require that? thanks

    New Subclient - change storage policy

    I added a subclient - no jobs have run yet. I want to change the Storage Policy associated with the client and can not find an option to do so. The only thing I am able to do is just delete the client. There must be a way to just change the policy associated. thanks

    Database - SQL?

    Does anyone use SQL as their DB instead of ARcserve's. If so, any problems or gotchas?

    Upgrade from 11.1 to 11.5 - lost all jobs

    When I upgraded from 11.1 to 11.5, I have to uninstall the old to install the new. And now all of the jobs are gone. The documentation said this information would be retained, as well as the database. Is there a way to get the jobs back, configuration somewhere?
