Definity Audix-User greetings not answering
We have a recurring (and apparently random) problem. Please help!! We have a Lucent Definity with Definity Audix. On some extensions, even though the greetings are set correctly, the user' greeting will not answer. Instead the Definity answers with "Your call is being answered by Audix...- ghowson

Cascaded Drive Pool (multiple servers)
I have two identical Dell Poweredge 2450 with DDS4 tape drives. Using BE 8.6, is it possible to make a cascaded drive pool with the two drives in different servers? In other words if the tape in the primary drive fills up during the backup is there a way to make the backup continue on the other...- ghowson
