    Photo Shop plug-ins

    I can't access the the photo shop plug-in effects in premier like zigzag, wind ect. The PSplug-in folder is in the plugin folder in the program files for adobe premier. I can access all the other effects in the plug-ins folder except the photo shop ones Please help
