Transfer Extenstions....
Hi, I am in need to move a certain extension to another cubicle...Right now, Ext 2710 needs to be moved to the cube which currently houses Ext 2714. Call Coverage - NO CALLER ID
Hi, I am trying to setup a way to transfer a call after 3 rings to another extention. I believe this is call coverage. I have tried enabling Primary, Secondary with no luck.
