Norstar VM issue: This mailbox is not initialized....
when calling one of our regional office workers, her line rings 4 times and the AA picks up and says: "This mailbox is not initialized and cannot accept messages. I have 2 questions: 1)What buttons (or feature code) do I press on an M7310 phone to find out what it's DN is? 2)the phones in one of our locations appear to not be able to dial internal extensions. what setting do i change to activate this?
