I am having a problem with real time text reporting using BCMSVu R2.4 Build 314 and Call Manager 3.1.2. I can run 'mon bcms skill xx' from a SAT terminal and get data on the split. Yet, when I try running the same report from BCMSVu there is no data in the report ... no zero's, nothing...
