I have a huntgroup with four members and I instructed them that, if they don't want calls from the HG, they should actuate 'send-calls' on their deskphone.
Only problem is that if they do so, they are also not available on their individual number.

My concern is about the display - all of the defect I've had so far had a broken display.
Is this a weak point maybe ?

Calling directly to the huntgroup routes the caller to the huntgroup's voicemail just fine but calling to a member of the group that has a coverpath back to the huntgroup doesn't.

We're using Aura CMM to record messages that are actually interviews with clients.
These messages can last for up to an hour.
I've modified the mailbox to hold messages of this length, but I cannot get rid of the 'for help, press *4' after one minute.
Recording continues for another 3.5...
So I have an external call coming in on my Ascom i61 SIP VoWIFI, through the SIP trunk on SM.
I want to connect them to party three on CM (6.3)
On this set I then choose 'make new call', I call party three, connect to that party, 'announce' and then connect one and three.
Works fine, party one...

I have a new 46xxsettings.txt and screensaverlogo's on my http server to be loaded on 9620's and 9608's, but they don't get loaded when I reboot my phone.
(pull the POE-cord, toggle POE switchport-power or busy/release)
It does load 96xxupgrade.txt and 46xxsettings.txt, but that's it...
I'm thinking of switching a couple of users over from using a deskphone to using a softphone.
I would like to know what you would give them (or gave them...) to make a call - a pc-like headset using the audio ports on the PC or maybe a 'handset' using the USB ?

I have a company logo displaying on our 9620's when these are inactive for a while, but the logo won't display on our new 9608G's.
Could that be because these need a different layout/size or whatever ?

I set up the WIFI handsets to get an IP-address from the 10.20.121.XXX range.
In the IP-NETWORK-MAP I map this range to Network Region 8.
