Backup Script Hassels
I’ll make this short & sweet For some reason when performing a hot backup using scripts instead of copying the database and log files to the F:\tempback directory it is copying all the database and log files to the c:\ drive, which is not what we backup. HELP!! Archive log files are not being created
I have a query regarding the archive log file created by oracle. during backups. As part of our regular maintenance program, at the end of each month I clean out all but the last 7 day’s log files and delete them form the server.
