Option 11C software package details
Hi, Anyone know if there is a chart or list with details of Opt. 11 software packages and their functions/features? Checked Nortel's site, but must be using wrong search criteria. Thanks again!- flyingv06

can't access tie trunk
We are building a new hub site, and adding a new satellite site. I have an Opt 11 with a DID PRI, and TIE PRI to satellite. I use IDC yes and DCNO 1 to receive the incoming 4 digits. I know the numbers arrive at the hub site ( using D-channel msging). I cannot place a call from the hub site...- flyingv06

ACD calls when NRD
Hello, I have a situation which has me puzzled. Contact center personnel state that when an agent is Not Ready and a call is transferred to their personal DN, they are taken out of Not Ready and ACD calls are presented while still on personal DN.
