I can recieve calls but I cant make them with our outside line (PRI),

With IP Office Voicemail, I can use the wild card "?" in order to call a fixed ext. number (Example 4??? in order to connect to 4567), but what can I use if I do not know how long the string is? (Example 39-051-60247xx or 39-051-62306xx).
