    Cannot open Jpeg by double left clicking

    For some reason I am unable to open a jpeg in Paint Shop Pro 9 plus any other file types when double left clicking the file. The PC seems to pause before giving an error stating that its unable to find the file. I have to right click and choose OPEN to successfully do so. I'm running XP Pro...
