Format TOC and IX in reference pages
After updating a manual, I have to update the Table of Contents and Index pages. When I do this, the style or format that I have designed for each of these disappears. I know there is a way to format the TOC and IX on the reference pages, but don't know how to do it. Can anyone help me?
