    MICB BUI will not allow login

    MICB will not allow login while agents are programmed on TN's of card. Remove agents and BUI works. Program a single agent on the card and the BUI does not work. Any help???? Bry584

    Meridian Mail call wake up link

    I have a MerMail Rls 11 card option in an Option 11 with hospitality. My link for the PMS keeps failing then recovers. The automatic call wakeup feature is not working. I know nothing of hospitality systems and could use any help available.
