I have 1 phone out of a group of 12 that will join the acd queue. It will program on the pbx without any errors, but does not display "logged out" and does nothing except display the acd queue number when i press key 00 instead of the GRP XXXX SPV PRIORITY 1 that i get on the agents phones...

Is there a way for ACD agents or supervisors to see the call queue on their screens of their 2616 phones?

When a call comes in on the ACD, is there a way to set it that if the active agent doesnt pick up within lets say 45 seconds, that the call will go back into the queue or to the next available agent?

I need to setup a RAN on my M1 11c. This will be for the RAN 1 and RAN 2 for the ACD. Any help on this? I have the RAN machine and a blank recording. I want it to play the short half second blank message then go to the hold music. Its set up on channel 3 i believe of the universal card.

I am looking at a couple options for Reader boards for our ACD. Does anyone have any recommendations? Also we are really interested software based and/or opensource solutions. Again, any help would be great.
