I have a bcm400 rls 3.6. It is patched up to current. The voip phones start off losing speech path. i.e. the phone rings and no one is there. It eventually gets to the point where everyone has no dial tone. We reboot and all is well for a few weeks. Any ideas???

I did a 25 to 4.5 upgrade and the raw data is in otm, but I do not get any of it on the reports since the upgrade. I do get data from prior to the upgrade on the reports. FCDR is set to new. OTM is using dba to collect the data.
