We have a phone that we can't get into the voice mail because the employee who had this phone is no longer employed with our company. Is there a way to get the password changed?
I have Avaya Partner Release 7.0 and have 34D button phones. I lost power last night and the phones are not programmed anymore, I don't remember how to restore them by doing a restore from internal memory (backup). Can someone tell me how to do that?

I have a Partner 7.0 Avaya system and using the 34D button phone. I currently have a uniden cordless plugged into my 34d button phone but it broke on me, it's 5.8GHz. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good cordless phone I can purchase?

I have Partner Release 7.0. I need to reset an old employees vm password but I don't know his old one to do that. Can someone please tell me how I can do this? I am using the 34D button phone.
I have Partner Release 7.0 and had a power outage, ext. 10 phone line shows I have a new voicemail but when I go into it there is no voicemails, I am using the 34D button phone.
Any idea what may be causing this?

I have Partner Release 7.0 and when an incoming call comes through, it's ringing at ext 10 (receptionist) and at another extension as well ext. 15. How do I change it so it only rings at ext. 10?

I have the HP4250 Network printer setup and when I print reports from my accounting software, It prints to tray 1 which is good. However when I print invoices it prints only from tray 2 which is the manual feed. Any idea why it does this, I can't stand there all day and manually feed the paper.

I currently have Partner Release 7.0 and when someone dials into the main line and gets the voicemail annoucement for the general mailbox the message is being dumped into another extension. My general VM extension is 9991 and the messages are being left in VM extension 10. How do I change that?
