Microsoft Word tables into Adobe Indesign

I am trying to take a 80 page table from Microsoft word and place it into Indesign. When I try to import the table it overflows out of the column and I am unable to resize the information to how I want it. Is there any simple way to do this without losing how the table is organized? Any tips...
