I have done a search and looked through FAQ and Avaya documentation and cannot find a list of commands that can be entered on the dial pad, e.g. MUTE73738 for reset, MUTE8378 for test, etc.
Does anyone know where to find a list of these commands?
System is S8710 using 4610swip phones.

OK, I'm lazy. I am updating my resume' and would like a typical resume for administration of a S8710 using 4610swip phones and modular messaging. My old resume' left off with the old traditional PBX systems but I have over a year of experience with the new VOIP system and would like to add this...
Can anyone tell me how much space I should allocate on the FTP server for backing up my S8710 media server nightly. We have about two thousand 4610SWIP phones in service. Right now it is being backed up to flash cards so I would guess that it would not take a lot of space.

How can I remove the "logoff" softkey from users phones under the options screen. I don't want the users to accidentally log themselves off. We get a lot of that. I will still be able to logoff the phone by dialing the code "mute logoff" on the keypad, I just don't want them to see the logoff...
Does anyone know a relatively simple way to find out what a users extension number is if they logoff their phone and for get their exten. I can go to Gedi and list stations and hope I have their name listed and then reference their extension that way or we can back track it using a port IP...

OK folks, I think I have completely lost it. I used to be able to dial our call park access code and go to a different phone and retrieve it by dialing our call pickup access code. What the !!@^&$%$&(!! am I doing wrong? I know this used to work. I must of had a stroke or something.
