I'm running CS2 on the latest osx and my palettes keep getting "stuck" – I can't move them, hide or turn them off, and none of the functions work. This happens in all CS2 applications and Quark... Is it a problem with the OS? How can I stop it happening?

I'm using photoshop CS2 on the latest Mac OSX, and for some reason the palettes occasionally become "stuck" – e.g. the layers palette won't let me move it, nor minimize or shut it using the red, amber and green dots at the top. Is this a problem that can be sorted out with a patch? Thanks guys
