Recently setup an ACD group for one of my customers, only prob now is that it rings around 30secs before the 1st Ran is played, even if there are agents free.
Any idea the command to reduce this time to say 10secs.

Do avaya have a product whereby you can have a voip extension from your main office system at your home location by plugging an ip phone into your home router?
I know Mitel call it teleworker and Nortel call it home office.

I have a customer who is having 25% aban calls to his ACD set up.
So far have not been able to prove or locate the problem.
Only seemed to have been happening since upgrade to 4.5.
Anyone know of any patches or known problems with this set up?

I have to backup the systems I maintain using tty 0.
Many of these systems have tty 0 set to 1200 for use with an external modem.
My question is what is the correct way to change the speed on the SSC card?
Either way I seem to crash the switch, is it best to:
A. Switch 1200 off then 9600 on...

I know it's been covered before but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. How can I stop a digi set disabling after it has been unplugged? can it be done on an individual extn (CLS?) or is it done system wide?

Has anyone heard of this one. on a option 81 rel 4 when you do a XSM in ld 37 you get an iod300 error message an a minor alarm.
This is happening at more than 1 site, both site recently upgraded to succn rel 4.

I have a site that a customer has provided 3 dgtl phones, since then all other dgtl phones on site have had trouble making calls externally and internally.
Basically they have to be slow and precise when they use the keypad, dialling at normal speed will fail.

Just installed otm 2.2 on a customers PC (Win XP)
When using the terminal emulation to access Meridian Mail I am not able to log out of mail as the cntrl] function is not recognised.
Is this a prob/known issue with OTM or is it a problem with customers PC setup?
