I have a client running Windows 2000, Office 2000 on her pc.
She also needs Access 97 which was installed in a separate directory. It has been working for her and now when she tries to open it, she gets an "insufficient memory" error.
Any ideas? Uninstalled and reinstalled Access 97...
Where are the PowerPoint files saved when AutoRecovery is selected? I have a client that lost a presentation and I checked his "temp" folders and it wasn't there. This is Office 2000, Windows 2000 Professional.
Thanks,

When powering off a laptop I'm working on, I get a blue screen and "STOP 0x0000009F DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE" error message in Windows 2000.
I've tried everything Microsoft suggested on their website but it didn't help.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
