I understand the Setting AOM in LD 11 as being the quantity of 22 button modules that you want to be associated with the M2616.
What I do not understand is if you have several 22 button modules how do you PAIR them to different M2616s?

I have a system with 3905 phones in a ACD group.
Key 0 = ACD (ACD DN) 0 (ID)
Key 4 = SCR (Primary DN) 1 MARP
Key 5 = SCR (Secondary DN) D MARP
With this setup calls made using secondary DN provide the called party the CID of Key 0, is there anyway to provide the primary CID?

Installed a NT8D09 card in OPT11
Did LD 10
NEW
Used 014 0 00 00 for TN
Used 4D for CDEN
Used default for rest.
When I go to LD 20 it does not list.
In the LD 10 header Analog Telephones avail = 0, used = 0, total = 0
What am I missing?

I need to add an Analog Station card so that FAXs can be received from a DID.
Is a NT8D09 the right card and will it work with Version 2121 Rels 3?

Our Telco is changing our PRI so that we will have no chages on LD calls. The current setup requires us to enter a code from which they provide a report. Before this change takes place we are to make changes to our dial plan. How would I find what is being sent to them that triggers an account code?
