I'm stumped, I'm trying to add an extension. I'm in "Extensions" in the Manager and i've right clicked for "new" how do I tell it what port to connect it to?
I have set a user to toggle on/off unconditional fowarding to his cell phone. Sometimes when trasfering to the extension, that forwards to the cell phone it gets stuck in hold.
For example:
Ext 288 fowards to cell phone
Call comes in, we hit "trnsf + 288" and hang up. The caller gets stuck in...
Is there a way anyone in the office can pick up an incoming call? Sometimes if our receptionist has stepped away, and forgot to forward calls it's a problem.
People also rotate desks so often that we don't want to create a linear flow.
I think my Voicmail pro is not working because in Manager under 'license" it reads "invalid" when I click to edit and close out it changes to "unknown"
Voicmailpro was working fine yesterday
could the license be the issue?
I went into IP office to configure the IP addresses so we're connected to the internet, it didn't work so I want to revert to originall settings where the PC only communicates to CBC, the phones work but now voicmail isn't working, we bet a busy signal. We must have a IP address wrong...
How can I increase the time allowed before the phone disconnects when dialing. Example, a user begins to dial a number but takes a 3 second pause before completing the number. The user gets "Disconnect" displayed
I've followed the short codes to activate call forwarding. However when calling the extension that should be forwarded, it drops into voicemail. Any help?
