    Cannot drag and drop desktop icons

    I cannot drag and drop icons into the recycle bin. In excel the mouse acts as if its held down. I have to Ctrl+Alt+Del before I can double click on anything. Ive tried the suggestions in thread 621-692319 but to no avail. Ive run Norton Anti-Virus, Ad-Aware, Spybot, a-squared, CW Shredder...
