Lights Not Working Again
Octel 250 connected to a NEC 2400 IMX using MCI- The integration link comes up fine, however the lights stoped working abruptly. We went through this exact same scenario August '06 and after replacing the CCF card twice (first was a dude), it fixed the problem. Now here we are again...Checked...- ke4ldd

Help with Adding Lines
Help, I'm working with a Partner ACS 3.0 for the first time. I'm tryint to add two new CO lines. They already have 6 lines, so these would be lines 7 and 8. Do I just plug them in or do they have to be configured somehow as well. They want these two lines to appear on two extensions only. So...- ke4ldd
