Bear in mind that I haven't attempted restarting the system yet as it's not convenient to do so until later on but, in case any of this rings any bell, I though I would post for some advice.
We have an IP Office 412 with 25 Channels of ISDN30.
Sometimes when calling out we're getting a busy...
Within CCview our user gets the error...
Location:update.bas/update_lost_call_list type mismatch. If I click OK the box appears again.
It goes away after resetting the delta server service (or restarting the server) but comes back again after a while.
Also, the lost calls list only works...
CCC recently upgraded to 5.0.73.
IP office 412 recently upgraded to 5.0(24)
and other bits and bobs upgraded too.
Obviously there have been various problems that we have had to resolve to make our original configuration work.
I wonder if anyone can think of possible causes of this problem that...
Put simply, I have an IP 401 connecting talking to an IP 412.
All incoming and outgoing calls work except...
When trying to dial an external number from one of the 2 Avaya phones on the new 401 system the call doesn't connect, it never dials.

When a hunt group is set to 'idle' (for selecting a user) is that idle time based on all of the hunt groups that the user is a member of, or just on that hunt group.
Well, I've had two problems resolved that I thought knowone would be able to resolve, here goes another one.
I have a user that always shows up in Phone Manager as 'Busy', whether he's busy or not.
Any ideas??
Is it possible to force changes to be applied whilst people are picking up voicemails or held in queue's etc?
I don't want to disconnect callers but I don't want to wait all day to make a change either.
Is there anyway round it?
