On the symposium web client 4.5 we have lost the CDN check box, we currently have -1 showing!
Also where their should be drop down menu's ie Config /skillsets there are non

We have an issue where the HDM service stops just after midnight every night, this results in the previous days figures not being available for viewing until the service is restarted.
Has anyone encountered this problem and fixed it without destroying the Blue database.

We are looking to link symposium and calls answered to our agent orders to get conversion rates.
Does anyone have a break down of the Blue database tables in symposium they can send me or point me in the right direction to find them

I would like to use DNIS as opposed to CDN to route the calls and for reporting.
Is there a requirement to do something on the Meridian to recognise DNIS in the same way you do for CDN's

Still a new boy with Symposium and currently using default music. I know I can attach a CD player to the Meridian but how do I then tell the Meridain and Symposium of this new source?

Hi, I want to use the Broadcast message function in my scripts to save on voice ports. Can someone please advise from start to finish how i do this.
ie. How i create the Broadcast message in application builder, where i then assign it etc etc.

Just installed Call Pilot Reporting on a server, when we try to login to the reporter we get the following error:
Could not create Config Wizard object. Login Failed. [ -2147221005 ]

I have lost the ability to run historical reports as we have lost the agents in Web Client. We can still see them in SMI Workbench.

We are using CallPilot for all our messages, one of which is a forced message that all callers must listen to. Heavy call volumes quickly eats into our 10 ports causing problems.
I have read about the Broadcast option within scripting but can not see how to use this with CallPilot or...
I want to report on the number of callers who have abandoned but then redialled and been successful. I assume I can get this data from the call by call log but am not sure of the exact method that will give me the final figure. I can access the database with excel but am not sure how best to...
Can someone please advise me how I make Symposium flash and or make a sound when a threshold has been reached. I have set this on the Web Client Server and expected it to work on the real time display used by team leaders.
