XP pro OEM question
What is the difference in the XP pro - OEM version and the full blown $300 version, other than paperwork. I though I read that Microsoft does not support updates and tech support for the OEM version. Is this the difference?- th55

CPU temperature and possible affects
I just got my new computer up and going. My bios hardware monitor shows my cpu running about 43-45 deg. C, the cpu box says optimum 39 deg. It is a 3.2g Pent 4 - not dual core with factory fan installed. I did install heat sink compound to CPU/fan. Should I opt for a better aftermarket fan...- th55

Windows 98 fresh install
I just built a computer and can't get Windows 98 to load. I built one 2 years ago and had no problems. I have been using XP but only have the upgrade and have to install 98 first. 98 will install and run, but locks up at the first reboot and I am trying to figure out why, any help would be...- th55
