    Export Budget and MEM BAD POINTER ERROR

    I have a client on Great Plains v7.5 that when one user exports a budget, the screen seems to freeze, and they get a Smart Heap Library MEM_BAD_POINTER error. The export seems to hang forever although does populate into an excel spreadsheet. Any ideas?
