    Weird VDN Results

    Ringdown on IP set

    Does anybody know if this can be done? One sort of solution is to limit the phone's access and hide the call-appearance and make an Autodial/Abbr Dial button. But this requires a button push. It would be nice if the phone could just dial when it goes off hook, specifically on an IP set (4610/20).
