question to reporting (rcc) BCM200
I have BCM 200 3.7 ! Just work fine, i2050 work fine and RCC work fine .. Customer use e.g. only three report's and they will have together on one page ?? I've heard about some tool (SW), then custonmer can create own report's page ?? Have anybody experiences with this issue ?- CTSKBA

i2050 display got frozen
I have a BCM 200 3.7 up and running. Its configured with PRI and i2050 phone's. We use the i2050 for Call Center. All functionality of i2050 (FW=last ver.) it's OK only INFORMATION DISPLAY not work properly sometimes it came frozen and I can see frozen informations or another aplication from...- CTSKBA
