ip office 2.1 (27) upgrade
I am a untrained rookie on ip office, my question is i am about to upgrade a 2.1(27) ip 401 NG system, i read tech bullitin 36, and 71 and none said anything about a ip 401 system. would the upgrade follow the 403 guide? and also i dont see a bin file for a 401 system in my current office suite...- talads

hunt grp. queuing greeting change
how do you change the generic greeting on an ipoffice 3.1, the manual tells how to change it in the voice mail pro ip office mode but i am running in intuity mode. there is no option in the hunt group extension mail box to change it. can you guy point me to the right direction. thanks, ip...- talads
