As of yesterday Verizon added 1+ dialing in our area.. After their change I can no longer dial 847 and 630 (local) calls using 7 or 10 digits.
After speaking with TAC, they said the calls are going out as national ISDN and should be flagged "local or Unknown".
How do you define the type of call...
Is there an easy way to collect call counts to a voicemai dn (acd) besides CDR? I would need to see all traffic that hits the pilot number- answered or abandonded internal and external.
I need to do this for 1 week and was looking for the best way.

I have a Meridian Mail system on an Opt 11c and the problem is not enough mail ports. Is there any way to send calls to a DN when all ports are busy or NA?
If someone calls in currently they just ring na.
Any sugestions?

I have 3 800 numbers ringing to 3 seperate group via MCR keys on all phones. People are reporting RNA. I found no problem. Is there a way to continually monitor calls comming in and where/what their current status is?

We just got a new group of DID numbers 9400-9420. Our current block is 2800-2899. We use "9" do access an outgoing route. How do I route the New 94xx numbers to say a dn 44xx. Is this possible with the lead number being the access code?

Is there a way to manually call forward an ACD group to an external number? If ao how is this done. if not is there a better way to accomplish this? maybe no ACD and use MCR? then call forward somehow?
