    conditional formatting in bar charts

    hi I am creating a bar chart report in cognos report studio with date along x-axis and percentage along y-axis. I need to conditionally format the color of bars when the percentage falls below a certain value. How do i do this?? is conditional formatting possible in charts? thanks!
