Nortel Contact Center 6.0 agent upgrade
I'm new to CC6. I have a key code upgrade to add 40 agents...Deos any one know where I can find the procedure to add these licenses. I have the key codes on a memory stick. Outbound Name Display
I have a customer that wants to show ountbound name display(Name of Company).They have PRI and are Option 11 C Rls 3. Number Outbound works fine with Clid 0 set up. They do not currently use CPND (ld 95). I know I can put name of company in LD 95 for every DN on system. Is there a simpler way...- SPIDERMAN4
