    OWA - unable to access externally, internal access OK

    Hi all, I am newbie and have just joined this forum. I cannot access webmail from my Exchange server externally but can access webmail internally. The server is pingable from other subnets and the DNS record and IP settings are all correct. No changes have been made to the firewall etc...
