I have a situation where I often have clients complain of intermittent problems when placing international calls, call goes through, sometimes it doesn't, identifying the root of problem can be a pain in the behind. We have several carriers for LD, Sprint, AT&T, Verizon and no matter how often...
Need to "call forward" a line appearance that is bridged on numerous phones, but doesn't have a physical set of it's own....
looking in flexible feature codes I see cfwa code...con any user administer the call forward?
chg mode in LD 20 or LD 11 doesn't allow me to change TEND to TENA, anyone know what i'm doing wrong.
I figured it out before but have brainfreeze today...
??
Thanks

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks...

any help greatly appreciated
