    vpn through netgear FVS318

    I am trying to use windows 2k vpn out to my customer's office. It works fine elseware, but not from my home office through my netgear FVS318 and via Direcway. I have tried opening ports on the router, but that has not helped. Any Ideas?? Thanx

    Call park ?

    Does anyone have short codes that make call park work? I want to hold or park a call and retrieve at another station on the SOHO. I had it working once, made some changes to the system, now I can't get it to work again. Thanx,
