So I was 'cleaning up' Windows 2000 Server and deleted a bunch of .tmp files in the WINNT directory and in the USERPROFILE\Local Settings\Temp directory. Now I cannot access any Administrative Tools. Anyone have a solution for this? Thanks.

Try to upgrade from IE5 to IE6. During installation of IE6, digital signature error message pops up. Says that no digital signature found for Microsoft Internet... "More Info" says that certificates are missing for mshtml.dll, iepeers.dll, etc. Am thinking that corrupt W2K files...
