Looking for a configuration document to install an IP office 406 Voice compression module to communicate with an Avaya s8700 for inter-office calls over an ISDN-PRI circuit. I will need to setup a Q-sig and uniform dialing plan.

Setup includes IP office 403 version 3.0(40), digital DCPx16V2 version 5.0(69)
When plugging in a digital phone (Avaya 5420) in ports 9 though 16 the LED display on the phone just says “please wait” and never display an extension.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated

Currently when a phone number is called the person receiving the call see a 10 digit phone number. Where is that changed to display the 10 digit number and company name?

Avaya S8700 link to an Avaya Gateway 350 via point to point T1 circuit. Can’t complete a 4 digit calls (inter-office). No voice mail lights on phones on the Gateway 350 side. Can complete outside calls from Gateway 350.
